The Afro hairstyle has evolved from a Political Statement to a Fashion Statement. The Afro, also
known as the Natural, is a
hairstyle worn by African Americans from
the Black Power movement during 1960s. It mainly reflected the growing political
and cultural progressiveness and self-esteem among black people during that
time. However, nowadays going back to the basics of Natural Afro is spread out as embracing one’s own individual beauty or a
